If you use the contact form, the information you provide (name, email, company, message) is transmitted through Formspree, which delivers it to our email. We use it solely to reply to your inquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your data with third parties, or use it for marketing. You can request deletion of this correspondence at any time.
To display fonts, client logos, and game imagery, this site loads assets from third-party servers (such as Google Fonts, Steam, YouTube and Wikimedia). When your browser fetches those files, the respective provider technically receives your IP address, as with any content delivery on the web. This site sends no referrer information and no personal data with those requests. Each provider processes such requests under its own privacy policy.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Brazilian Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port any personal data we hold about you, which, for this site, can only be what you sent us yourself.
